Please contact Crysalyn directly 24 hours prior to your scheduled session if you need to reschedule. Life happens and it is understandable that in some situations a 24 hour notice is not possible. Clients will have the opportunity to reschedule one time.

In the event that Crysalyn has to cancel or reschedule your session, for any reason, you will be contacted directly to reschedule as soon as possible. Please do not book another session through the website.

There will be no refunds on any services or purchases.
